I offer hosting to my web design customers, and 80% of my website customers use my LiquidWeb server for their hosting.

The other 20% use Site5. They are small site owners who don't need corporate quality hosting. Site5 is a less expensive alternative to Liquidweb due to shorter suport hours.

Email Support, Live Chat, and Call in Support (Us M-F 10am-6pm EST).
